What am I paying for today?

A reserved unit from the current build run. Your card is charged at checkout and your display goes into the queue that day.
When does it ship?

Within 30 days of your order. You get a tracking email the moment your display leaves the workshop.
Why the wait?

Each display is assembled individually rather than mass produced. Nothing sits in a warehouse waiting to be picked.
Can I cancel before it ships?

Yes. Email us any time before your tracking number is issued and we refund everything, add-ons included.
How does it mount?

Mounting hardware is included and it hangs like a framed picture. One person, no special tools.
Does the light stay on all the time?

No. The remote sets brightness and lighting mode, and switches it off completely. Plenty of owners run it unlit during the day.
What if it arrives damaged?

Send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we ship a replacement. No return needed.
Can I send it as a gift?

Yes. Add a note at checkout and we leave the invoice out of the box.
